We may modify features anytime. Service provided "as is" without guarantees of specific learning outcomes.
We NEVER sell or rent your child's information.
Limited sharing only with: Payment processors (secure transactions), hosting providers (data storage), legal requirements (when required by law)
Free Plan:
1 child profile, basic Island Map access
Premium Plans:
• Monthly (Rp 49,000) • Semi-Annual (Rp 252,000 / Save 14%) • Annual (Rp 420,000 / Save 29%)
Premium includes: Multiple children, Daily Path, advanced activities, full progress reports
Payment: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, E-wallet, QRIS • Auto-renewal unless canceled • Cancel via Settings → Subscription → Manage Plan • Access continues until period ends • No refunds for partial periods • 7-day free trial for new Premium users
DO NOT:
Share account outside household • Bypass security • Reverse engineer • Use bots or scrapers • Upload malicious content • Provide false information • Use for commercial purposes
Kimee Content:
All games, Island Map, Sparky character, graphics, and software owned by Kimee (copyright protected) • You get personal, non-commercial use license only
Your Data:
Profile and progress data remains yours • We use it only as described in Privacy Policy

Kimee not liable for: Indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized account access • Maximum liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months
You can:
Delete account anytime via Settings → Security → Delete Account (data deleted in 30 days)
We can:
Suspend/terminate for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or non-payment (notice when possible)
We may update Terms anytime • Changes notified via email • Continued use = acceptance • If you disagree, delete account
